Four new basement windows were installed. There was some wait for the windows to arrive after the initial order. But once the windows became available, the work was performed when advised without any delays. Actual job was performed in less than half a day and the new windows are a great improvement. The job was performed and completed professionally with good cosmetic results. Also, the workers left all work areas very clean with no extra cleanup required by me. Good communication throughout the order/replacement process. Very satisfied.

Came same day to provide estimate. Very professional and personable. Answered all our questions. They were able to schedule a date for the new roof within 2 weeks of the day of estimate. Shaun Dames was a pleasure to work with. He came at a time that was convenient for us which was quite late in the day. His presentation was thorough and complete. Although our initial thought was to replace a couple of doors, he noted that we were also concerned about the fact that our attic insulation was inadequate. Since that was a priority, we went ahead with that purchase first. That has made a huge difference and we are grateful that he was able to help us with that.

ERG is a professional, responsive, full service company. They make it easy for the home owner. From start to finish, they take the work off the homeowners hands. They submitted for homeowners association approvals and the village permits. I’ve had new windows and a front door put in by them and I’m very happy with both projects.

I’ve used Elite before for my basement windows replacement and was very pleased by the product quality, the workmanship and the clean up. Prices were fair for quality as well. They did a good job on my sliding glass door replacement and I will very likely use them again in the future.

I have used ERG for all of my window and both exterior doors in my home over the last 2 years…both times they have been here, they have been great… besides doing an amazing job installing them, the guys are super nice, have been very respectful, clean up behind themselves and haul away all the debris! The windows and doors are beautiful… I am so in love with my new doors and windows!!! They come with a Lifetime warranty and the warranty transfers, if you move, to the new owners! I thought that were a great 5- star business with reasonable prices and good customer service, but I did have a small problem with the installers making a mess at my house and not coming back to paint the door to match community guidelines.

They did a wonderful job of putting in 13 new windows as well as a front door and sliding patio door

ERG did a roof replacement on our home. The workers were friendly, respectful and did an outstanding job removing my old roof and installing a new one. Very polite and even gave us courtesy reminder the day before and 2hrs prior. I’m a very busy person and was very happy to have them out and get the job crossed off the list. Used ERG to replace both roof and windows. Very responsive and on time. Chris and Ken remained flexible and easy to work with throughout the process. Its crews were also professional. Neighbors were also complimentary of new windows.

Had them replace our windows and they did an excellent job. Installers put drop cloths down inside anywhere they were working and then cleaned afterwards. All debris outside was also cleaned up. Very happy with the service.

Upon our request, Mike and Logan came out to inspect our roof. They spent over an hour in the attic, even looking at our roof via a drone. When they were done, my wife and I were expecting a long sales pitch. None of that. They basically pointed out the problem areas and then told us our roof was in a good shape and doesn’t need replacing for a long time. Bottom line? 5 stars to a team for their honest, transparent feedback. They even sent us pictures of what they found. They’ve established our trust that we found a respectful, professional and ethical organization.

Our initial meeting was quite informative, they have a detailed PowerPoint presentation. I enjoyed learning more about the organizations they partner with (Habitat for Humanity and Shriners Children’s Hospital). We had 3 windows and a patio door installed with their private label. To be honest, I didn’t think to ask about choices, I definitely felt they knew what they were doing and recommending. Install day came, and the two men were timely and respectful of COVID wearing masks. In and out took about 5 hours, they did a great job, I found the quality of the windows and doors to be great, and we now have a less windy house since these were replacements for very wonky windows. Overall, we had a great experience, I would recommended ERG to others to check out if they find their needing help with a project. ERG was responsive during the process letting me know when the windows were coming in, and if delayed, kept updated which I loved! Thank you again!

They did an amazing job. We hired them to do the siding, install a window, and put in insulation in our attic. The communication on scheduling and proper expectations with any coordination was spot on and they kept us up to date with any changes. The quality of work was phenomenal and the siding material quality is noticeably higher grade. Also, everyone including the installers we dealt with at ERG was professional, super friendly, and personable making working with them a more enjoyable experience. I can keep going on about the amazing work they did and the awesome customer service they provide but typing on my phone makes it hard to do in this review.

In the end, there are three things you can expect from a contractor: 1) proper expectations and timely completion of the work, 2) clear communication on any changes to the plan, and 3) good quality of work for a reasonable price. Check, check, and check. I would highly recommend ERG to anyone and everyone.

I had them change the escape windows in my basement. The installer did a great job installing the windows. My basement is now noticeably warmer.

Used for roof replacement. Work was performed on time in a professional manner as described. Supervisors followed up twice and first one took care of a related problem that really had nothing to do with the work contracted for. Quite pleased. There is some confusion about what work they do and do not perform. I will keep them in mind for a skylight repair.

Elite put a new roof on our house a couple years ago. The roof is performing well and I’m still impressed by how nice the roofers were. And how quickly they did the job and how well they cleaned up afterwards!

The folks who installed our windows did so efficiently and quickly, cleaning up after themselves and delivering a high-quality product. We immediately noticed the noise reduction from the new windows. We live not far from a fairly busy street, and the difference between having the patio doors or dining room windows open versus closed is amazing.

The windows are easy to clean and they pop right out if you need to remove the screens or make any other adjustments.
